One year ago...
I uploaded videos with one simple goal.
Not to teach tools.
To teach engineers how production systems actually work.
Since then, thousands of engineers have joined this community, and together we've built something I'm incredibly proud of.
But today isn't about looking back.
It's about where we're going next.
Because I believe the next year will be the biggest chapter in the history of this channel. There’s a type of failure you won’t see in logs.
It won’t trigger alerts.
It won’t spike CPU.
It won’t page anyone at 2am.
But it slows response when it matters most.
During an outage, someone asks:
“Who owns this?”
And the room goes silent.
This isn’t a monitoring problem.
It’s a handoff problem.
What We've Built Together
Over the last year, we've created content covering the skills that matter in real engineering teams.
We didn't chase every new tool.
Instead, we focused on building strong fundamentals.
Together we've covered:
✅ Linux
✅ Networking
✅ Shell Scripting
✅ Azure
✅ CI/CD
✅ DevSecOps
✅ AI for DevOps Engineers
✅ Production Troubleshooting
✅ Interview Preparation
✅ Weekly Live Sessions
Every video had the same objective:
Help you understand why things work—not just how to use them.
Because tools evolve.
Engineering principles don't.
The Next Chapter
Now it's time to build something much bigger.
Over the next year, this channel is going all-in on Kubernetes and the CNCF ecosystem.
Not by creating isolated tutorials.
By building real production platforms from scratch.
Instead of watching disconnected demos, you'll see how modern cloud-native systems are designed, deployed, secured, monitored, and operated in production.
We'll cover technologies such as:
Kubernetes
Helm
Argo CD
Prometheus
Grafana
OpenTelemetry
Cilium
Istio
Gateway API
KEDA
Kyverno
Falco
Harbor
Velero
Crossplane
Backstage
...and many more CNCF projects.
By the end of this journey, you won't just know these tools individually.
You'll understand how they work together to build production-ready platforms.
This Isn't About Certifications
The internet already has thousands of Kubernetes tutorials.
Most teach you commands.
Few teach you how production systems are actually built.
This series is different.
Every project will answer questions like:
Why does this tool exist?
What production problem does it solve?
How does it integrate with the rest of the platform?
What happens when it fails?
How do experienced engineers troubleshoot it?
That's the mindset companies value.

Learn by Building, Not Watching
Watching videos is a great starting point.
But confidence comes from solving real engineering problems yourself.
That's why I build practical resources alongside every educational series.
If you want to go beyond theory, here are the best places to start.
Kubernetes Production Incident Challenge
Production is broken.
There are no hints.
No walkthrough.
No step-by-step guide.
You'll investigate a realistic Kubernetes incident exactly like an engineer working on call.
By the end, you'll have practiced troubleshooting—not just watched someone else do it.
CI/CD Production Simulation Pack
CI/CD failures are among the most common production issues engineers face.
This pack gives you realistic deployment failures to investigate and fix using the same thinking process expected in production environments.
🎯 1:1 DevOps Mentoring
Need personalized guidance?
Whether you're preparing for interviews, transitioning into DevOps, or trying to level up at work, we can work together on topics including:
Kubernetes
Linux
Networking
Docker
Azure
Terraform
CI/CD
Production Troubleshooting
Career Planning
Every session is tailored to your goals.
Looking for Sponsors
Building high-quality, production-focused educational content takes a significant amount of time.
Every project involves research, architecture, implementation, testing, documentation, recording, editing, and maintaining open-source repositories.
If your company builds products in:
Kubernetes
CNCF
Cloud Native
Platform Engineering
DevOps
AI Infrastructure
Observability
Security
Developer Tooling
and you'd like to support this educational series, I'd love to hear from you.

Let's build something valuable for the engineering community together.
One Final Thought
One year ago, this channel was an idea.
Today, it's a growing community of engineers learning together.
The next year isn't just about learning Kubernetes.
It's about learning how modern production platforms are actually built.
I hope you'll join me for the journey.
See you in the next episode.
